I managed and produced the following spec ads.

Everywhere is Wonderous 

My role:

  • Created casting calls on various pages and sites

  • Assisted in location scouting

  • Point of contact for all talent and locations.

  • Managed all forms and payments

  • Created a detailed timeline for both days of the shoot with important information and addresses

  • Assisted in the creation of schedules, call sheets, and  production tracker

  • Sent out call sheets for days on set with all the necessary details and an hour-by-hour schedule.

Pioneers of Sport

My role:

  • Handled all on-set production needs

  • Coordinated what the director needed to PA’s, and helped provide on-set experience to jr. level advertising students

  • Ran sound, and handled many other equipment related tasks

  • Followed shortlist to ensure the completion of the project within the scheduled timeframe

A matter of Life or Death

My role:

  • Led the effort in location scouting(5 locations) and casting of all talent(10 actors)

  • Worked with account manager to keep the production tracker up to date, ensure we were in budget, and make sure all different group members had what they needed on the shoot days.

  • Called over 25 establishments until I was finally able to get permission to shoot at a specific Red Cross location from the Executive Director of the Red Cross.

Music for Every Emotion

My role:

  • Pulled together this project with another producer after being asked to join one week before the shoot date.

  • Took lead in  finding most of the extras( over 30 people)

  • Handled the creation of schedules timelines, and was responsible for craft services

  • Took responsibility of acting as a gaffer on set

My role:

  • Coordinated location scouting, craft service, talent, and PA’s

  • Managed shoot budget

  • Created schedules, call sheets, and production tracker

  • Communicated with each of the talent and their parents on payment, legal release forms, scheduling, and sizes for costuming

  • Worked with DP, Director, and Art Directors to ensure all necessary preparations were made for the shoot days

  • Tracked the amount of time allotted for each shot in order to complete the shoot on schedule.
