What I do

 I work as an Account coordinator Intern at an agency called "ThomasARTS".

 

I am part of the New York team, and have been able to help create work primarily for the clients Aetna Medicare, CVS, and bswift. The campaigns we have created have a reach of 1,000,000+ members per year, and we have had budgets from $10,000 to over $500,000. The total amount of money scoped for the accounts that I've worked on is in the millions.

  • Relationships are key. Building a great relationship with your clients and your team creates better work and makes things run much more efficiently.

  • Proof, proof, and proof some more. Always check work multiple times before sending it to the client. 

  • Listen and ask questions. Understanding exactly what the client wants is the only way to ensure that they get what they are expecting 

  • Manage expectations. Managing expectations with clients and with your team ensures no one is surprised and things run smoothly.
